PATTERNS

PATTERNS comprises three sequential EP volumes:

Wounds, Rage, and Clarity

moving through a complete emotional arc from recognition to awakening to return.

Each volume captures a distinct phase of healing.

Wounds opens the vault — revisiting the quiet origins of emotional patterns learned through love, attachment, and survival.

Rage is the awakening — the catalytic fire of finally seeing what was tolerated and reclaiming agency.

Clarity is the return to self — where patterns are no longer mysteries but understood, and healing becomes visible.

PATTERNS is not a performance of healing. It is healing itself, offered as a mirror. Through original R&B songwriting layered with archival audio, confessional storytelling, and live instrumentation, the project invites audiences to recognize their own patterns and begin their own journey toward awareness and change. When the audience sees themselves reflected in the work, we are not just witnessing healing — we are healing together, in real time.
